Wudi County Shun Ye Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd. (Shunye Casting) is a precision casting manufacturer based in Wudi, Binzhou, Shandong, China. The company specializes in stainless steel investment casting, silica sol investment casting, lost wax casting, OEM custom castings and CNC machining. Its products serve applications including pumps, valves, marine hardware, automotive components and industrial machinery.

We manufacture a wide range of stainless steel precision castings using the silica sol investment casting process, including:

We use the advanced silica sol investment casting process (also known as lost wax casting), which produces castings with superior surface finish and tighter dimensional tolerances compared to traditional water glass casting. Our process includes:

1. Wax Injection: Inject molten wax into precision molds to create wax patterns
2. Assembly: Assemble wax patterns onto a pouring system (sprue)
3. Shell Building: Dip the wax assembly into silica sol slurry and stucco with refractory sand, repeat 6-8 layers
4. Dewaxing: Melt out the wax in an autoclave, leaving a hollow ceramic shell
5. Pouring: Pour molten stainless steel into the preheated ceramic shell
6. Shell Removal: Break away the ceramic shell after cooling
7. Cut-off & Grinding: Remove castings from the sprue and grind off gates
8. Heat Treatment: Solution treatment and aging to achieve desired mechanical properties
9. Finishing: Shot blasting, polishing, machining, and surface treatment
10. Inspection & Packaging: 100% inspection and careful packaging
